Private Suite (PS), the company pioneering exclusive airport facilities for commercial travelers, is set to open a new location at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) on June 3, 2026. This follows the successful launch of facilities in Los Angeles (LAX) in 2017 and Atlanta (ATL) in 2023, with upcoming openings also planned for Miami (MIA) later in 2026.
Bypassing the Traditional Airport Experience
PS aims to redefine commercial air travel for a select clientele by offering a fully privatized experience. The 12,200-square-foot DFW facility will include both Private Suites (private rooms for individuals or small groups) and The Salon (a shared premium space). Passengers utilizing PS will benefit from dedicated TSA and immigration screenings, as well as BMW-driven transportation directly to the jet bridge. Amenities such as chef-prepared meals and spa treatments will also be available.
Design and Expansion Strategy
The facility’s design, led by Jean Liu, emphasizes high-end aesthetics and comfort, reflecting PS’s commitment to creating a luxurious environment. According to Amina Porter, CEO of PS, the DFW expansion is a strategic step toward establishing the brand in major U.S. travel hubs.
“Establishing a presence in the bustling region and airport of DFW was important to us as a brand and marks yet another key milestone in PS’ continued evolution as a leader in reimagining airport travel.”
The Market for Premium Airport Services
PS targets high-net-worth individuals who seek to avoid the congestion and stress of standard airport terminals, but who don’t necessarily own private jets. The service is positioned as a premium alternative that prioritizes convenience and exclusivity. However, the cost – ranging from $995 to $4,950 per person depending on membership status and service type – may limit its appeal even to affluent travelers.
Pricing Structure (as of May 2024)
- Without Membership:
- The Salon: $1,295 per person
- Private Suite: $4,950 for up to four travelers
- The Salon Annual Membership ($1,250):
- The Salon: $995 per person
- Private Suite: $4,950 for up to four travelers
- All Access Annual Membership ($4,850):
- The Salon: $895 per person
- Private Suite: $3,650 for up to four travelers
Strategic Hub Locations
PS is strategically expanding to “fortress hubs” dominated by major carriers like American and Delta. The company is currently independent, but partnerships with airlines remain a possibility. Demand is expected to come from those who prioritize time savings, privacy, and the prestige of exclusive spaces.
Ultimately, the success of PS at DFW will depend on whether enough wealthy travelers are willing to pay a premium for a significantly upgraded airport experience.
